Transformational-Creative-Coaching is a service and product of the Institute for Inter-Cultural Practice (IICP), a licensed business registered in the county of Santa Barbara, California, USA. IICP only has access to information that you voluntarily give us via email, or when you complete a registration for events or classes offered through this website, or if you have given us personal information (name, billing information, comments) through your responses on the website or as part of the coaching and training programs that you enter into. Transformational-Creative-Coaching (as a program of the IICP) will not give, sell or rent this information to anyone.

You may ‘unsubscribe’ to any newsletters, events and emails at any time by choosing ‘unsubscribe’ if listed in group mailings, such as those powered by MailChimp® or other recurring notification provider, or by emailing Tressa@Transformational-Creative-Coaching.com

We offer programs in keeping with industry best practices and client agreements.  Once payment has been made for a particular program – such as customized coaching, training, or a group program – whether online, on-site, or via electronic communications (such as phone, Zoom® or other video platforms), we do not offer refunds.
